Once the CHM is in place, you can rename it to a .psd or .pdf file or whatever. If you are using Microsoft Word, the CHM will automatically open in Word. You can then create files to insert the chapters as necessary, then save them to a temp folder. If you are using Word pad (which I don't recommend it for all the reasons I've already described) then here's a link to Worded's CHM menu, so you can make yourself a template. You can even have one folder for your chapters and a bunch of folders in your home directory (which you need when you are trying to make CHM PDF files) where you organize CHM files and put all the PDF files into one folder, just in case the CHM file you just created suddenly doesn't work.
